DATA2LOGISTICS RECEIVES PRIVACY SHIELD RE-CERTIFICATION ON FEBRUARY 9, 2018 FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE.
The US Department of Commerce stated: “Thank you for self-certifying your organization’s adherence to the Privacy Shield Principles. The Privacy Shield team has received your organization’s self-certification submission…..and has completed the review. The Privacy Shield self-certification for Data2Logistics, LLC has been finalized and is effective as of 2/9/2018.”
Data2Logistics is certified to both the US-EU Privacy Shield and the US-Swiss Privacy Shield principles.
The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework was designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission to provide companies on both sides of the Atlantic with a mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States in support of transatlantic commerce.
